With IT Technician Plus Diploma you’ll cover:-
- Network + – This training program prepares you to become Network+ certified. Additional to the above you’ll also learn how to describe networking technologies, and basic design principles.
- Security + – This course will help you progress your IT and network administration knowledge and help you understand systems security, network infrastructure, assessments, access control and audits. Successful completion of this course means you would be well placed to go on and gain the CompTIA Security+ qualification.
You’ll then also choose an additional elective course from a list to suit your specific requirements. Please discuss the options with your Course Advisor.
This Diploma iis anticipated to take about 5 weeks, based on full time study of 20 – 30 hours per week, but it’s up to you how long you take to work through it. Broken down into modules, you can do the course at your own pace, fitting it into your life where possible. Working your way through the course on your own PC, you can fit training in around your life, learning from home or work, or you can choose to take the course at one of our local centres – it’s totally up to you.
